Ms. Le Thi Hoi holds Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Greifswald, Germany. She has many years working as a researcher and coordinator in public and private sector projects, such as the Jointly Research Project between the Ministry of Science and Technology, Vietnam, and the Ministry of Research & Training, Germany; the Project sponsored by the US CDC on Enhance disease surveillance and national laboratory capacity for HIV activities; international cooperation projects at the National Hospital of Tropical Diseases. Her research interests focus on infectious diseases. Up to now, Dr. Hoi has published more than 30 research papers in high-impact domestic and foreign journals.

Duong Ngoc Cuong., PhD

After graduating with a PhD in Ecotoxicology in Korea, Mr. Duong Ngoc Cuong has worked in developed countries such as Korea and the US. He, when coming bak to Vietnam, continued to work and receive training from foreign projecst and medical organizations such as the TB Project (US CDC), FHI 360. At the same time, he also established and operated SDG Life lab system, lab and medical device factory quality control.
