2. Training objectives
- Implemented technique of fresh examination of vaginal swabs
- Identify images of yeast cells (image of pseudofilaments of yeast cells), Trichomomas on fresh swabs of vaginal discharge
- The technique of Gram staining of vaginal swabs can be performed
- Identify and evaluate the microflora components of the Gram stain of healthy vaginal fluid in adults
- Identify the image of Lactobacillius
- Vaginal infection was assessed according to Hay/Ison criteria or Nugent . criteria
- Identify some images that are easily confused with pathogens in Gram-stained specimens of vaginal fluid (parabasal cells, epithelial cells, ...)
